Andy Popovic

Andy Popovic is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience in managing enterprise-level clients across various sectors, including non-profits and advocacy groups. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Bonterra since March 2022, Andy focuses on enhancing client ROI by leveraging Salsa Labs' smart engagement technology and advocating for client needs. Prior to Bonterra, Andy held a similar role at Salsa Labs, providing strategic consultation and implementing customer success software. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Fireside21, where Andy supervised customer success initiatives, and CQ Roll Call Group, overseeing a significant portfolio of accounts. Andy began a career in client services at the Association of Air Medical Services, supporting member engagement and government relations. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Penn State University.
