Zach Breen

Zach Breen is an experienced Account Manager at Boomi, starting in January 2024. Previously, Zach held various roles at Qualtrics from May 2020 to September 2023, including Customer Success Team Lead for the EMEA region, where leadership of a team of five involved overseeing customer success across multiple industries. Zach also managed a large portfolio of approximately 1,500 customers, crafted strategies for engagement, and achieved exceptional performance in renewals as a Senior Renewals Specialist. Zach's career began with roles such as Accounts Assistant at Qualcomm and Waiter at multiple establishments, alongside experience as a Charity Ambassador for Movember, focusing on awareness and fundraising. Zach earned a Bachelor of Commerce in International Commerce with Spanish from University College Dublin and participated in the Erasmus program at University of Navarra.
