Carlos Bautista has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2016, they joined Hearst Digital Media as a Software Engineer and then took on the role of Senior Software Engineer until 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Boost, where they first served as a Senior Engineer until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they worked as an Engineering Manager, and their most recent role is as the Director of Engineering at Boost, starting in April 2022.
