Robert Motte, P.E. is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and nuclear sectors. Currently serving as Project Engineer III - Team Lead at Booth & Associates since July 2023, Robert previously held key positions at Cypress Creek Renewables from March 2019 to July 2023, including Senior Manager of Operations Engineering, where responsibilities included managing a team overseeing over 400 solar assets totaling more than 4 GW of power. Earlier career roles at Duke Energy Corporation encompassed I&C Systems Engineer and Critical Systems Engineer, focusing on operations and maintenance of critical systems at nuclear facilities. Robert holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
