Johan Mikaelsson

Johan Mikaelsson serves as the General Counsel at Boozt since September 2021 and is a co-founder and partner at CrossFit-Fabriken since February 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Head and Director of Deloitte Legal in Sweden from November 2011 to September 2021, where legal advice was provided globally in civil law areas. Johan began legal career as an Associate at Setterwalls Advokatbyrå and made contributions as a Legal Consultant at Deloitte and Associate at MAQS Law Firm. Early legal experience includes serving as a Tingsnotarie at Kalmar tingsrätt and a trainee at Europol. Academic qualifications include a Master of Law (LLM) from the University of Gothenburg and a Master of Commercial Law from Jönköping University, supplemented by studies at Monash University.
