Alfredo Valdes is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in quality and advanced manufacturing within the automotive sector. Currently serving as the Director of Quality and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at PHINIA since 2019, Alfredo manages all quality and advanced functions for fuel systems, collaborating with cross-departmental leadership to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Previously, Alfredo held various engineering leadership roles at Delphi from 1995 to 2019, including Regional Chief Manufacturing Engineer for Mexico and South America, overseeing a team of over 20 engineers. Alfredo has a strong educational background with a BS in Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Chihuahua and an MBA in Total Quality Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua.
