Naomi Voegtli

Naomi Voegtli is a seasoned attorney with extensive expertise in intellectual property law, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at BorgWarner Inc. since November 2020. Previously, Naomi held similar leadership positions at Honeywell Aerospace and Vantiv, where significant achievements included establishing comprehensive IP programs and increasing patent filings substantially. Naomi's tenure at SAP encompassed developing anti-piracy strategies and managing global IP portfolios across Asia Pacific. Additionally, Naomi contributed to the American Intellectual Property Law Association as a Board member and has held various roles in IP litigation and patent application processes throughout a distinguished legal career. Educational qualifications include a JD from Harvard Law School, an MS in Computer Science/Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin.
