Konstantin Papashev

Managing Director at Bosal

Konstantin Papashev has extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on OE exhaust manufacturing. Konstantin served as the Managing Director for Bosal from 2006 to 2012, where they successfully established a joint venture with Ukrainian car manufacturer ZAZ and developed a new plant according to European standards. Prior to that, they were the Director of components subdivision at Zaporozhye Automobile Building Plant from 2004 to 2006. In 2012, they became the First Deputy Chairman of the Board at the same company until 2015. Since 2015, they have held the position of Managing Director at Bosal.

Konstantin Papashev pursued their education from 1993 to 1998 at Zaporizhzhya National Technical University, where they obtained a Master Ing. degree in Automobile design and development.
