Mike Andrews serves as the Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at The Boston Beer Company since November 2011, overseeing intellectual property protection, contract management, advertising compliance, corporate governance, SEC compliance, HR support, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support. Prior to this role, Mike was a Senior Corporate Counsel and Attorney at BLA Schwartz, PC, specializing in commercial litigation, focusing on intellectual property and corporate governance. Earlier career experience includes multimedia and web development for various companies, judicial internships at the United States Federal Court and Massachusetts Superior Court, and legal internships with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Atari. Mike holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from Ithaca College, along with executive education from Harvard Law School.
