Sam Rees

Sam Rees is an experienced professional in customer success and business development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Botpress since June 2025. Prior to this, Sam held multiple roles at Paidiem from June 2021 to June 2025, including Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Account Manager. Sam's career began at ANZ, where responsibilities included corporate relationship management and financial analysis, spanning from December 2013 to April 2021. Early career experience encompasses a debt collection role at Provision Security Limited from March 2011 to November 2013. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington and has been an active member of Toastmasters International since 2020.
