Danielle Kotler Elmalam

Danielle Kotler Elmalam is an accomplished professional in operations and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Operations & HR at Bounce since November 2022. Prior experience includes holding senior management roles in operations and HR consulting at PwC, where Danielle led the ‘HR as Service’ team and focused on project management and business development. At the Israeli-American Council, Danielle managed national program operations across the U.S. and implemented efficiency-boosting software. Danielle's legal experience includes a role as a Legal Intern at Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. Advocates, supporting significant corporate deals. Educationally, Danielle is pursuing a Master of Laws at Reichman University, building on a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution. Prior roles also include significant contributions within the Israel Defense Forces and positions in governmental support.
