Rebecca Susa has held a number of roles in Human Resources since 2011. Rebecca began their career at Exchange Bank as a Senior Customer Service Representative in 2011. In 2013, they joined Target as an Executive Team Lead Human Resources and Executive Team Leader Asset Protection. In 2017, they moved to LendingClub as a People Success Business Partner, where they currently support three VPs in Sales, Payment Solutions, and Operations Development (support function). Rebecca also held the role of Employee Relations Specialist at LendingClub. In 2019, they joined DoorDash as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner. Rebecca is currently the Director of People at Boundless Immigration, a role they have held since 2022.
