Helma Oussoren has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner and previously as an HR Manager at Bouwinvest since September 2019. Prior to this, Helma Oussoren worked at Amvest from January 1997 to August 2019, where roles included HR Manager and Directiesecretaresse. Earlier career positions included Directiesecretaresse at Mandes Fund Management and Secretaresse at PGGM. Educational qualifications include various certifications and degrees in coaching, HRM, and mediation, as well as a degree from Hogeschool De Horst - Driebergen.
