Wendy Verschoor possesses extensive experience in various leadership and advisory roles within the real estate and compliance sectors. Since August 2019, Wendy has served as Voorzitter Raad van Commissarissen and Member of the Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee at Bouwinvest, while also holding positions such as Voorzitter Raad van Advies Huurwoningenfonds at Anders Invest and Voorzitter Raad van Toezicht at Stichting Ascert. Additionally, Wendy has been the Director at Videres B.V. since April 2018 and an ECHA Specialist at Gifted&More since February 2020. Educational qualifications include degrees in Building Management and Real Estate from Delft University of Technology, Corporate Law from Leiden University, and a specialization in Gifted Education from Radboud University. Wendy is also involved in academia, acting as a lecturer at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and previously at TIAS School for Business and Society.
