Notably, Thomas was a Principal and Attorney at Climaco, Wilcox, Peca, Tarantino & Garofoli Co., L.P.A. from September 2001 to March 2017. Academically, Thomas earned a Juris Doctorate from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/History from Cleveland State University.
