Tom Vickers

Tom Vickers is an experienced professional with a robust background in digital transformation and project delivery, primarily within IBM and its collaborations with organizations such as bp and Castrol. Since joining IBM iX in October 2015, Tom has advanced through various roles, including Associate Partner and Senior Managing Consultant, and has played a pivotal role in managing and delivering significant digital projects, notably BP's Operator Workbench, one of the largest Salesforce Field Service Lightning deployments globally. Tom also has extensive experience in digital marketing project management and agile methodologies, having successfully led over 25 global digital marketing initiatives at Castrol. A graduate of the University of Leeds with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Geography, Tom possesses a strong foundation in both economics and project management, further enhancing their ability to deliver results in complex environments.
