Marlene Amiel-Krel is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and finance. Currently serving as Head of Legal in the Export and Structured Transactions Department at Bpifrance since September 2015, Marlene has held various legal roles including responsibilities in the Group Legal Department. Prior experience includes a position as Legal Counsel in Corporate Finance-M&A at BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Banking, and multiple associate roles at prominent law firms such as Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier and Shearman & Sterling LLP. Marlene's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Common Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Master’s degree in Management from Université Paris Dauphine, alongside other notable academic qualifications in business law and legal studies.
