Tabassum Nawshad

Tabassum Nawshad is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience in human resources and training. Currently serving as Senior Manager at BRAC since August 2021, Tabassum has held roles including Manager for Development & Delivery and Facilitator. Prior experience includes positions at Praava Health as Assistant Manager for Human Resources and Senior Executive, and ACI Limited as Senior Training Executive and Training Executive. Tabassum began their career at PRAN RFL Group as Sub Assistant Manager in Training, moving through roles as Management Trainee. Tabassum holds a PGD in Human Resource Management from the Bangladesh Institute of Management, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Language from Rajshahi University, respectively.
