Rance Sapen

Rance Sapen serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP since March 2025, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including COO and CFO at Butler Snow LLP from 2004 to March 2025. Prior to that, Rance was Vice President of Finance / CFO at Mississippi Insurance Managers from 1999 to 2004 and held managerial positions at Horne LLP, Haddox Reid Burkes & Calhoun, and Deloitte from 1991 to 1999. Rance holds an MBA from Mississippi College and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The University of Southern Mississippi.
