Radu Neag

Radu Neag is an experienced professional in CRM and marketing management, currently serving as the Senior CRM Marketing Manager at Brainlab since May 2020, where responsibilities include developing on-demand email strategies and lead qualification processes. Previously, Radu worked at Travian Games from August 2015 to April 2020, progressing from Junior CRM Manager to Senior CRM Manager, formulating strategies for new projects and executing retention campaigns. Earlier roles included freelance online marketing, and marketing management for notable events like the Photo Romania Festival and Jazz in the Park Festival, enhancing their digital presence. Radu began a career in journalism at Adevarul Holding, contributing investigative reports and articles, after debuting at Monitorul de Cluj. Radu holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Babeș-Bolyai University and a Graduate diploma in Informatics from Mircea Eliade College.
