Jim Springer is an experienced leader with a strong background in operations management, sales, and marketing within the health and wellness industry. Currently serving as General Manager for BrainMD since November 2013, Jim has developed effective sales strategies and led initiatives in branding and product positioning. Previous roles include Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Emerald Health Bioceuticals, where Jim established the company's marketing infrastructure, and President of Om, Organic Mushroom Nutrition, driving substantial sales growth. As President and VP of Sales and Marketing at Barlean's Organic Oils, Jim led a team that launched over 77 new products, significantly increasing sales. Jim began their career as Vice President of Operations at PEARL DEVELOPMENT / KWIK KAR, INC., overseeing multimillion-dollar facility development. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University, Long Beach.
