Dan Berg

Dan Berg is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Director of People Operations at Braven since 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held several positions at Bombas from 2019 to 2023, including Senior Manager of Total Rewards and Senior Manager of People Operations. Additional experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at Impact Group from 2017 to 2019, and various roles at E.A. Berg Associates from 2011 to 2017. Dan holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, a Bachelor of Science from Boston University, and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Business Partner from Villanova University.
