Andre Simao is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as CFO of Brazilian Nickel since July 2023. As the founder of Artic Capital since March 2012, Simao has specialized in corporate finance consulting and M&A. Previous leadership roles include CEO of SJK Capital & Genesis Mining and founder/CFO at HVC Par. Simao's extensive experience spans positions at notable organizations such as Hospital Vera Cruz, Flex, Oakmont Resources plc, Ferrous Resources Limited, and as a partner/CFO with DFJ-FIR Capital Partners. Simao's educational background includes an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an LL.M. from Stanford Law School, and various executive programs in finance and business administration from prestigious institutions.
