Katie Randolph

Katie Randolph possesses a diverse background in customer success and talent acquisition, currently serving as Customer Success Manager and former Customer Success Associate at BreakLine Education since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Associate and Associate at Berkeley Research Group LLC from July 2020 to November 2022, and a Marketing Intern at BreakLine Education, where Katie identified over 2,500 military veterans suited for the organization’s mission. Additionally, Katie interned in the Patient Safety Department at Advocate Aurora Health, where coordination of High Reliability Education for 70,000 employees was achieved. Katie holds a degree in Human Biology, Health, and Society from Cornell University.
