Kendall Karson

Kendall Verhovek is a seasoned media strategist with extensive experience in political reporting and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Media Strategist at the Brennan Center for Justice since March 2022, Kendall previously worked at ABC News from April 2017 to May 2021, holding roles as a Political Reporter and Production Assistant. Prior experience includes positions as a Communications Associate and Communications Assistant at The Incite Agency, and an internship with the NC Department of Justice as a Public Information Office Intern. Kendall also gained experience as a Communications & Marketing Intern at Bloomberg LP. Kendall holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy with a minor in Journalism & Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and attended Fairfield Ludlowe High School and Lawrence Woodmere Academy.
