Helen Rutherford is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple sectors. Prior to this role, Helen held significant positions such as Global Head of People & Culture at Soprano Design, and Head of HR for VMware. With a track record of developing multi-year people strategies at SiteMinder and navigating HR transformations at organizations like National Australia Bank and Macquarie Pacific Funding, Helen's expertise encompasses talent management, organizational culture, and strategic HR initiatives. Helen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Auckland and is a Graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course.
