Thomas Browne

Thomas Browne has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, with a progressive career at BrewDog since May 2018, where Thomas has held positions from Assistant Manager to Deputy General Manager and currently serves as General Manager. Prior to this, Thomas was the Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Drouthy Cobbler from May 2013 to September 2017, demonstrating a strong track record in management and operational leadership within the food and beverage sector.
