Timmy Duong has held various positions in the hospitality industry. Timmy started their career as a part-time F&B staff at Melia Hotel and Nikko Hotel in 2012. In 2014, they worked as a full-time Housekeeping Trainee at Thang Loi Hotel. From 2015 to 2016, they gained experience as a Trainee at the Meeting & Event Department at InterContinental Hanoi Westlake and as a Banquet/Food & Beverage Sales Trainee at Sofitel. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Sales Manager at Queen Hotel, responsible for the Travel Agency and Corporate segments. From 2017 to 2022, they served as a Business Development Manager at Duyen Ha Resort Cam Ranh, where they helped establish the representative office and managed various aspects of the property. In 2017, they also worked as a Business Development Manager at Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, assisting in sales activities and event management. Timmy then joined Nesta Hotels Group in 2021 as the Acting Director of Sales and Marketing, setting up sales strategies and promoting properties independently. In 2023, they worked as a Brand Evaluator for Multi-Fashion Brands. Currently, Timmy is employed as the Cluster Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing at BRG Group, where they are responsible for restructuring sales strategies and promoting multiple hotels and resorts.
Timmy Duong's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at the National Economics University in Vietnam. Timmy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management and completed their studies in 2017.
In 2016, Timmy attended the GLOBAL MANAGEMENT COLLEGE in Japan for a brief period, focusing on Project Management.
Most recently, in 2022, Timmy achieved recognition as a top contestant on the television show "WHOSE CHANCE" on VTV3.
