Maggie Brower is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bright Horizons since May 2004. In this strategic leadership role, Maggie collaborates with various divisions and talent acquisition partners to develop and implement a national recruitment strategy. Prior to this, Maggie held positions as Senior Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Manager, overseeing recruitment and retention efforts across multiple regions including the West Coast and territories such as Arizona, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Maggie began their career at Bright Horizons in 1992 as a Regional Manager, managing child care programs with responsibilities in budgeting, director hiring, and staff development. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education from Iowa State University, obtained in 1988.
