Micah Sakata

Micah Sakata has extensive experience in business intelligence and software development, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Developer/Administrator at Bright Horizons since November 2016. In this role, Micah oversees the Qlik environment, facilitates security and governance, mentors developers, and implements innovations in Qlik development. Prior to this position, Micah worked as a Business Intelligence Data Architect at Textron Systems, collaborating with multiple operating units to create analytics solutions using QlikView and other tools. Micah's earlier roles include Principal Application Developer at Textron Defense Systems, where responsibilities included ABAP report writing and QlikView development, and Information Technology Admin/Software Developer at NECCO. Micah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Tufts University and a High School Diploma from the American School in Japan.
