Sasa Popovic

Sasa Popovic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and digital transformation. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Vega IT since August 2008, Sasa leads a dedicated team focused on delivering comprehensive digital product development and system integration solutions. In addition, Sasa has held prominent roles such as Chairman of the Board for the Digital Serbia Initiative since June 2019, advocating for Serbia's transformation into a digital society. Other ventures include co-founding Heartcount, Thrivea, ELDER Creative Agency, Bee IT LLC, and Geekstone, showcasing a commitment to enhancing employee experience, revolutionizing human capital management, and fostering developer collaboration. Additionally, Sasa serves as a Board Member for the Serbian Association of Managers, promoting managerial professionalism and best practices, and is an investor in Publitio, which handles multimedia management for web applications. Sasa Popovic holds a Master of Computer Science degree from the University of Novi Sad.
