Heather Hallmark

Heather Hallmark is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Field Operations at Brightspeed since March 2024. Previously, Hallmark held various senior management roles at Verizon from 1996 to 2024, including overseeing central office operations in Virginia, managing extensive teams of technicians and local managers, and leading operations for call centers. Hallmark's expertise encompasses project management, operational efficiency, staffing and training, as well as union negotiations. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Business Administration from Averett University, a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
