Kyle Coapman

Kyle Coapman is a skilled operations and training professional with extensive experience in the educational and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager for Field Engineering at dbt Labs since June 2020, Kyle has successfully led transformation initiatives such as migrating to a new learning management system, managing training team operations, and developing customer training engagements. Previous roles at dbt Labs include Director of Training and Head of Training, where contributions included curriculum development, onboarding programs, and the implementation of certification initiatives. Prior to dbt Labs, Kyle held leadership positions at North Star Academy Charter School, where as Math Department Chair, significant improvements in student achievement were realized, and at Teach For America, managing school operations and teaching various subjects. Kyle's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
