Paul Pannell

Paul Pannell is an experienced professional in the IT field, currently serving as Senior Director and IT Business Partner for Worldwide Customer Capabilities at Bristol Myers Squibb since February 2009. Pannell holds a leadership role overseeing IT business partnerships in Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, and has led initiatives in US Pricing and Reimbursement IT as well as Global Access IT. Previous positions at Bristol Myers Squibb include roles as Associate Director for Worldwide Pricing and Market Access Systems and Manager for Pricing & Reimbursement IM. Prior to this, Pannell worked at Austin Heart as IT Operations Supervisor, at IBM as Disaster Recovery Supervisor, and at Schlumberger as Technical Consultant. Pannell earned an MBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University.
