Ankit Agarwal

Ankit Agarwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and shared services management. Currently serving as Vice President at the British Council since July 2017, Ankit leads transformation initiatives and global business services solutions. Previously, Ankit held various roles at TCS e-Serve International Ltd. from April 2009 to July 2017, including Lead Consultant for Shared Services and Outsourcing Solutions, where responsibilities included creating shared service solutions, managing bids, and designing outsourcing roadmaps. Ankit's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a B.Tech in Electronics from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
