Shishir Jha

Shishir Jha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational planning and project management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Dementia Awareness Champion at Care Chronicles since September 2024, Shishir is dedicated to raising awareness about dementia and caregiving. Previously, Shishir held several key positions at the British Council, including Global Head of Operational Planning for Global Exams Delivery, where a new Sales and Operational Planning framework was successfully implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic. With a background at Accenture, Mercer, American Express, and GE Capital, Shishir has demonstrated expertise in managing transitions, improving operational processes, and driving business transformations. Shishir's educational credentials include a Post Graduate Certificate in Operations Management from Edinburgh Business School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, among others.
