James Dolby has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Mine Production Manager at British Gypsum since August 2016, with prior roles as Mine Shift Manager and Graduate Mining Engineer. James also completed a placement as Mine Planning Technician at Boliden in 2015, where the focus was on both short and long-term planning, stope design, and enhancing drill and blast efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Exeter (2013 - 2016) and GCE Advanced Level studies in Maths, Physics, Economics, and Geology at Isle of Wight Sixth Form College (2010 - 2012).
