Jennifer Anderson

Jennifer Anderson is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in institutional communications and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Institutional Communications at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard since June 2022, Jennifer previously held the position of Chief Communication Officer at Milton Academy from April 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included advising senior leadership and managing a team focused on strategic communications. Prior roles at Harvard University included Senior Director of Communications Services and Director of Communications Services, overseeing marketing efforts across the institution. Additional experience includes managing public relations at Sermo, developing publicity campaigns at Harvard University Press, and leading outreach programs at the University of Notre Dame. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
