Shubham Khetan is a Post Doctoral Research Affiliate at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard and a Research Fellow at Harvard University, where the focus is on characterizing Protein-DNA interactions. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at The Jackson Laboratory, where Shubham identified alterations in the activity of T2D-associated SNPs related to SINE-containing elements in beta cells; at The University of Connecticut Health Center, utilizing electrophysiology and optogenetics to differentiate cell types in the Inferior Colliculus; at the Indian Institute of Science as a Project Assistant studying axon regeneration; and as a Research Intern at the National University of Singapore, examining the role of Lem2 in nuclear integrity. Shubham Khetan earned a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from The University of Connecticut Health Center and a BTech in Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
