Jackie Hoffbuhr is an experienced professional in training, development, and customer experience enhancement within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Training at The Broadmoor since January 2024, Jackie has previously held roles including Director of Training & Development and Learning & Development Manager at Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort.
