Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at BrokerLink since October 2015, Krystal has previously held roles as a Senior Human Resources Consultant and Human Resources Consultant within the company. Additionally, since March 2020, Krystal has been the Mindset & Energy Business Coach & Mentor at Krystal Maxwell Coaching, focusing on helping entrepreneurs cultivate freedom and impact in their businesses. Previous roles include Manager of Human Resources at Macaulay Child Development Centre and Director of Human Resources at Skyline Hotels & Resorts, where Krystal developed HR strategies and managed various human resources functions. Krystal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University.
