Troy Shirley

Troy Shirley is a seasoned pharmacy executive with extensive leadership experience in healthcare pharmacy services. Currently serving as Vice President of Pharmacy Services at Bronson Healthcare, a role initiated in June 2016, Troy is responsible for the operational, financial, medication safety, and regulatory oversight of multiple campuses, overseeing a substantial drug budget and a PGY-1 residency program. Prior positions include Director of Pharmacy Services at Spectrum Health and Lakeland Regional Health System, with a focus on strategic vision and operational excellence in various healthcare settings. Troy's accomplishments include significant growth in emergency department and outpatient services, development of a network of Heart Failure Clinics, and the successful implementation of pharmacy technologies in new hospital environments. Troy holds an MBA from Ohio University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University.
