Nathalie Rivest has a diverse range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Nathalie started their career at Ultramar in 2001 as a Human Resources Advisor, where they worked until 2007. After that, they spent a brief period at Yellow Pages Group as a Human Resources Advisor. Following this, they joined AREVA T&D as a Conseillère Resources Humaines from 2007 to 2010. Nathalie then moved on to Schneider Electric, where they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2010 to 2011. Nathalie then joined Distech Controls in 2012 and held the position of Human Resources Manager until 2016, after which they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Director until 2017. Currently, Nathalie is working as the Human Resources Director at Bronswerk Group.
Nathalie Rivest's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Université de Sherbrooke, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Nathalie later pursued a Certificate in Health & Safety from Université de Montréal, completing it from 1998 to 2001.
