Crystal Weikel, PhD, RN, NE-BC, serves as an Adjunct Professor at Galen College of Nursing and an Assistant Professor at Nightingale College and Brookline College, contributing extensively to nursing education since January 2018. Weikel has experience as a member of the Arizona Board of Nursing Scope of Practice Advisory Committee and as an Appraiser for the American Nurses Association's Pathway to Excellence Program, focusing on promoting positive practice environments in healthcare. Former roles include Director of the Magnet Program at Cancer Treatment Centers of America and Director of Quality & Risk Management at Encompass Health. Weikel holds a PhD in Nursing Science from UCLA and is pursuing additional qualifications in Theology, showcasing a strong commitment to both nursing and holistic health education.
