Joseph Casias

Joseph Casias serves as the Managing Director of Client Service and Rockies Area Leader at Brown and Caldwell since October 2018. Previously, Joseph held the position of Regional Manager for the Texas Mountain Region at WSP USA from January 2018 to October 2018, focusing on operations management and project delivery in the Water & Environment Group. Prior to WSP, Joseph spent over 26 years at MWH (now part of Stantec), where roles included Vice President of Special Projects, Director of Technology & Knowledge Management and Design, and Director of Operations and Project Management, overseeing significant project delivery initiatives and financial operations. Joseph's career began in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included facility security and aircraft operations. Joseph holds a BCE in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Cleveland State University and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
