Tanya Higgins has over three decades of experience in organizational development and shareholder relations, currently serving as the Director of Family Shareholder Relations at Brown-Forman since August 2009. Previously, Tanya held various key roles at Brown-Forman, including Director of People & Organizational Development for the USA, Canada, and Latin America, as well as Director of Succession Management. Before this, Tanya gained valuable experience as Manager of Leadership Development and several Market Manager positions from 1992 to 2008. Tanya began their career at American Eagle Airlines as a Customer Service Representative from 1988 to 1990. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Marketing from The University of Alabama, earned in 1989.
