Joan Garcia Camba serves as the Chief Information Officer at Brownie since May 2022 and is an Associate Professor at La Salle BCN, where Joan teaches ICT Service Management in the Master's Degree in ICT Management. As the Chief Information Technology Officer at Clutx IT Solutions since 2017, Joan has led strategic planning and project management while ensuring 100% SLA compliance. Previous roles include serving as CIO at Miscota and Equivalenza, managing teams and aligning information systems with company objectives. Joan's career began with technical roles at Amena and AEBALL/UPMBALL. Educational credentials include advanced programs from IESE Business School and Esade, as well as degrees in Computer Science and Information Technology from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

As of 2020, Brownie has around 300 employees and over 50 stores, located in prime locations all over the Iberian Peninsula, and a strong online presence, with its services translated into portuguese, english and french.
