Sumit Bhatnagar has a diverse range of work experience in customer success management, technical support, and analyst roles. Sumit is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at BrowserStack, where they are responsible for managing and expanding a large pool of enterprise accounts. Sumit focuses on product onboarding, adoption, customer retention, and growth. Prior to this, Sumit worked at Navisite as a Customer Success Manager, providing strategic consultancy and ongoing support to customers. Sumit also played a role in major incident management.
