Yoni Lateiner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and legal counsel. Currently serving as Talent at Better Tomorrow Ventures since May 2022, Lateiner previously held the position of Head of Talent at NerdWallet from June 2014 to May 2022, contributing to the firm’s mission of providing financial guidance. Earlier experience includes managing University Relations at Zynga, co-founding Rentals Pipeline focused on real estate investment, and serving as Corporate Counsel at Pacific Union Financial. Lateiner's legal experience encompasses roles at several law firms, including Bennett, Johnson and Galler, and the Law Offices of George Rush, as well as an internship with the Oakland Athletics. Academic credentials include a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.A. in Sociology from UCLA.

BTV was founded in 2019 to partner with fintech founders building the future of financial services, from idea to IPO.
