April Dowland, MBA, has extensive experience in leadership and human resources, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Buechel Stone since July 2013, where prior roles included Vice President of Human Resources and Operations and HR Manager. Prior to this, April held various positions at Dutchland Plastics Corp from January 2007 to July 2013, including Customer Solutions Manager and Human Resource Manager. April earned an MBA from Lakeland University between 2008 and 2011 and a BA in Human Resources from Lubar College of Business from 2004 to 2006, with earlier studies at St. Norbert College from 2002 to 2004.
